Mr. JILEDAR is currently working as Managing Director in Green Gas Limited (a Joint Venture of GAIL & IOCL).
He did B.Tech (Mechanical) from HBTI Kanpur. He also possessed professional qualifications- MBA in Marketing & International Executive Diploma in Project Management. He has acquired a rich experience in Oil & Gas sector more than 34 Years.
Prior to joining Green Gas as MD, Mr. JILEDAR was OIC (Head of the Plant) of LPG Plant & achieved highest operational efficiency crossing all the previous records with maintaining highest safety standard and zero IR issues.
He started his career as Executive from ONGC in 1984 and got rich experience for Erection and Commissioning of Exploratory Oil Well Drilling fields (Asia’s deepest oil well) in Himachal Pradesh and J&K. He was instrumental in erection and commissioning of Asia’s first Sour Gas Processing Plant ONGC Hazira, GUJARAT.
After having rich experience in upstream sector, he joined GAIL in 1996 and handled Project for Mechanical Erection & commission of GAIL’s Mega Integrated Petrochemical Complex and after that he successfully handled its Operations & Maintenance
He also worked for cross country Pipeline O&M and City Gas Distribution and handled PNG industrial customers in Agra & Firozabad. He played a key role in checking the losses in the PNG-Industrial segment by utilizing his acumen and Rich Experience.
As a Project Manager, he did the Mechanical completion of Gas Compressor Station a typical Project of GAIL having the capital cost more than Rs.650 Crore. The said project is situated in the ravine of Chambal area in Madhya Pradesh.
Mr. JILEDAR is having Dynamic Leadership for Human Resource, Marketing Strategy and Project Management beginning from Execution to Project Closure.
Within a short span of one year, he brought the Company- Green Gas Limited at batter Branding Image and a maximum level of high profit by Expansion P/L
network, bringing more CNG Stations and PNG connection(Domestic and Industrial), optimum resource utilization, better customer relationship &
marketability, better structuring of human resource & their utilization.
